Tata Motors Appoints Deloitte Haskins & Sells as New Statutory Auditors

Tata Motors Limited announced a change in its statutory auditors during a Board Meeting held on October 31, 2026. M/s. B S R & Co. LLP resigned as the Statutory Auditors, effective October 30, 2026. The resignation was attributed to the company's acquisition of Iveco Group N.V., which is expected to become a subsidiary. To ensure consistency in the audit process and for group synergies post-acquisition, Tata Motors appointed M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is to fill the casual vacancy and will be effective from October 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP will hold the office until the conclusion of the 3rd Annual General Meeting.
