Amwill Health Care Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Half Year and Financial Year 2026

Amwill Health Care Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders as per the Insider Trading Policy. The closure will be effective from April 1st, 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Financial Year ending March 31st, 2026. The date of the Board meeting to consider the aforesaid financial results will be intimated separately. The PAN of Designated Persons of the Company will be frozen by National Securities Depository Limited for trading in the Equity Shares of the Company during the said trading window closure period.
