Anantam Highways Trust has announced its First Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The primary agenda item is to consider and adopt the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the auditors' report and the trust's performance report. The notice for the AGM is being sent to unitholders registered as of June 26, 2026, and will also be available on the trust's website.
