Andhra Cements Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Andhra Cements Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All directors, key management personnel, connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares during this period. The board meeting date for approving these results will be communicated separately.
