Andhra Petrochemicals Appoints G S V Prasad as Chairman

Andhra Petrochemicals Limited has appointed Sri Gottipati Sree Venkateswara Prasad as the new Chairman of the Board, effective October 12, 2026. This appointment follows the passing of the previous Chairman, Dr. Pamidi Kotaiah. M/s The Andhra Sugars Ltd., as per the company's Articles of Association, nominated Sri G S V Prasad, a Non-Executive & Independent Director, for a three-year term. Sri G.S.V. Prasad, a retired Executive Director from HPCL with extensive experience in various business and administrative functions, is not related to any promoters or directors of the company and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order.
