Anik Industries' Subsidiary Resolves Two Arbitration Cases

Anik Industries Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, Revera Milk and Foods Private Limited, has received two separate consent arbitration awards. These awards, dated June 17, 2026, resolve disputes with M/s. Patan Agro Products Private Limited and M/s. Nebula Multitrade Private Limited through amicable settlements. As part of the settlement, Anik Industries, acting as the claimant, waived interest on amounts advanced to the respondents. In return, the respondents waived their entire counter-claims for damages and losses that they had raised. This resolution aims to conclude the legal proceedings without further financial impact from interest or damages.
