Anjani Synthetics Board Approves Director Re-appointments and New Appointment

Anjani Synthetics Ltd's Board of Directors, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved several key personnel changes. Mr. Sanjay Goverdhan Sharma is set for re-appointment as a Director, retiring by rotation and offering himself for re-election. Mr. Kuldeep Ashokbhai Shah will be re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term starting October 30, 2026. The board also noted the resignation of Ms. Ghumelia Abhilasha as an Independent Director, effective October 31, 2026.
