According to a disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Vasudev Subhkaran Agarwal has acquired shares in Anjani Synthetics Limited on 17-11-2025 and 18-11-2025. The acquisition details are as follows: Before the acquisition, Vasudev Subhkaran Agarwal held 16.27% of the total shares and voting rights. Post-acquisition, his holding has increased to 16.65% of the total shares and voting rights. The acquisition was made through open market purchases.
