ANKA INDIA appoints Sudhir K & Associates as internal auditor for FY27

Anka India Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Sudhir K & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the internal auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. The Board also considered and approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Sameer Kumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, was authorized for determining the materiality of events and making disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s).
