Anka India Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Anka India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also received the Limited Review Report from its auditors on these financial statements. The board meeting took place on July 30, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM IST. The results are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 (Ind AS 34). The consolidated results include the financials of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Futech Internet Private Limited, following a reverse merger process initiated in March 2025.
