Veerkrupa Jewellers Board Approves AGM Date, Auditors

Veerkrupa Jewellers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the date for the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 29, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The Board also approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. Additionally, the resignation of Secretarial Auditors M/s Neelam Somani and Associates was accepted, and M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates were appointed as the new Secretarial Auditors for five years. M/s P H Shah and Co. were appointed as Statutory Auditors for a similar five-year term, subject to member approval at the AGM. M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates will also serve as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
