Kenvi Jewels Board Approves AGM Notice, Appoints New Secretarial Auditor

Kenvi Jewels Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the notice for the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing. The board also accepted the resignation of M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor for five financial years (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31), subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Chiragkumar Valani was re-appointed as Managing Director for a term of five years, pending shareholder approval. M/s. SS Lunkad & Associates were also appointed as the Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM.
