Kenvi Jewels Reappoints Chiragkumar Valani as MD for 5 Years

Kenvi Jewels Ltd announced the reappointment of Mr. Chiragkumar Valani as Managing Director for a further term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board of Directors also approved the date for the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) as September 29, 2026, to be conducted via Video Conferencing. Additionally, M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates resigned as Secretarial Auditor, and M/s SS Lunkad and Associates were appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor for five financial years and as Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM.
