Antony Waste Acquires 26% Stake in Arts EV

Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders' Agreement to acquire a 26% stake in Arts EV Private Limited. Arts EV is a special purpose vehicle incorporated to operate up to 800 electric buses in Delhi under the PM E-DRIVE Scheme. This acquisition is part of Antony Waste's strategy to explore adjacent business verticals in the mobility and transportation ecosystem. The transaction is classified as a related party transaction, as Arts EV is a subsidiary of Antony Road Transport Solutions Private Limited, an entity within the Promoter Group. The acquisition will be conducted on an arm's length basis.
