Antony Waste Fixes Shiju Jacob Kallarakal's Term as ED for 5 Years

Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved fixing the term of Mr. Shiju Jacob Kallarakal as Executive Director for a period of 5 years, from July 28, 2026, to July 27, 2031. Mr. Kallarakal, who has been with the company since 2001 and has extensive experience in Solid Waste Management, will continue to hold his position, subject to member ratification at the upcoming 25th Annual General Meeting. He is not debarred from holding office by any authority. His role involves strengthening risk management, driving operational efficiency through technology, and steering strategic implementation.
