Capital Square Financial Acquires 4.83% Stake in Anubhav Plast

Capital Square Financial Services Pvt Ltd, acting as a Market Maker, has acquired an additional 5,31,200 equity shares of Anubhav Plast Limited through an open market transaction on June 29, 2026. This acquisition, representing 4.83% of the equity share capital, brings their total holding to 6,81,600 shares, or 6.20% of the total equity share capital. Prior to this transaction, Capital Square held 1,50,400 shares, which was 1.37% of the company's equity. The acquisition was made under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
