Anuh Pharma Promoters Withdraw Reclassification Request

Anuh Pharma Ltd announced that certain shareholders belonging to the Promoter Group, including Mr. Vikram Kirtilal Shah, Mrs. Kiran Piyush Shah, and Mrs. Kinjal Siddharth Jhaveri, have submitted a withdrawal application. They had previously requested reclassification from 'Promoter & Promoter Group' to the 'Public Category' under Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The company had filed an application with the stock exchanges for this reclassification. However, the individuals have now voluntarily decided to withdraw their request, confirming they will continue to remain part of the Promoter Group. The company has submitted the withdrawal request to the exchanges.
