Anuh Pharma Limited (APL) has officially received possession of the manufacturing facility belonging to M/s. Vanquest Pharma Private Limited (VPPL). This facility is located at F-10, M.I.D.C., Tarapur, Boisar, District Palghar – 401506, Maharashtra, India. The transfer of possession is in accordance with the Asset Transfer Agreement (ATA) that was executed on October 16th, 2026.
