Millworks Secures HAL Orders, Signs UAV Engine MoU
Millworks Technologies has secured two developmental purchase orders from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for HAWK and MiG-29 aircraft assemblies. Additionally, the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TridenTech Engineering Private Limited for the co-development, manufacturing, and marketing of Internal Combustion engines for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). TridenTech will lead engine design and development, while Millworks will focus on manufacturing engineering, production, and export marketing under a revenue-share model. Millworks will retain exclusive rights to manufacturing processes for engine castings, seals, and key components. These developments are expected to strengthen Millworks' position in the aerospace and defence sectors.
