Millworks Technologies Ltd has established a Centre of Excellence for 3D printing in collaboration with Markforged Holding Corporation, USA. The facility is equipped with seven machines, including industrial 3D printers, post-processing systems, and 3D scanning equipment, to enable rapid prototyping of carbon fibre composite and polymer components for aerospace and defence sectors. This initiative is expected to shorten development cycles and improve response times to customer requirements. The Centre utilizes Markforged's Digital Forge platform for on-demand part production. The company views this as a strategic investment to enhance its role as an engineering partner and secure long-term, recurring business.
