Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust: Director Appointments and Resignations

Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, through its Investment Manager EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, has announced changes in its board of directors. Mr. Amit Agarwal has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) effective July 24, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Subahoo Chordia has resigned as a Non-Executive Director, with his resignation also effective July 24, 2026. Mr. Agarwal brings over 25 years of experience in asset management and investment banking, currently serving as CEO of EAAA India Alternatives Limited. The changes were approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
