Ravileela Granites Appoints Additional Director

Ravileela Granites Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Parvatha Harshini Reddy as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent). The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on June 28, 2026, is effective from July 28, 2026, and will last until the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Ms. Reddy brings over 12 years of experience in manufacturing, healthcare, and business transformation, currently leading Sales & Marketing for QuartzKraft LLP and Ravileela Granites, overseeing significant export revenue. She is also involved with MTAR Technologies, a publicly listed precision engineering company. Ms. Reddy is the daughter of existing directors Mrs. Parvatha Samantha Reddy and Mr. Parvat Srinivas Reddy.
