Apcotex Industries Acquires 1.275% Stake in Amplus Ampere for ₹72 Lakhs

Apcotex Industries Ltd has executed a Sale and Purchase of Shares Agreement to acquire a 1.275% equity stake in Amplus Ampere Private Limited for INR 72,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Two Lakhs Only). This acquisition involves subscribing to 7,20,000 equity shares of Amplus Ampere Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in the power sector. The primary objective of this acquisition is for captive consumption of solar power generated by Amplus Ampere Private Limited. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 7 days from the execution of the agreement.
