Cyient Ltd Acquires Remaining 49% Stake in CSSPL for ₹1 Lakh

Cyient Ltd has announced the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in its subsidiary, Cyient Solutions and Systems Private Limited (CSSPL), for a cash consideration of INR 1,00,000. Following this acquisition, CSSPL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyient Ltd. CSSPL, incorporated in April 2017, is engaged in the manufacturing, assembling, integrating, testing, and sale of unmanned aerial systems. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 120 days, subject to applicable corporate, FEMA, tax, and statutory compliances. This move aligns CSSPL's business with Cyient Ltd's core operations in the Aerospace/Defense industry.
