Cyient Ltd Reconstitutes Board Committees

Cyient Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Board Committees, effective October 22, 2026. The Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Stakeholders Engagement Committee, and Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Committee have all seen changes in their membership and leadership. Notably, Sunil R Bhumralkar and Murali Yadama will chair the Audit and Risk Management Committees, respectively, while Murali Yadama will also chair the Stakeholders Engagement and ESG Committees.
