Apollo Finvest India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Securities Trading

Apollo Finvest India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for securities trading in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's Prohibition of Insider Trading Code. The closure will commence from Thursday, January 01, 2026, and will continue for 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the Quarter ending December 31, 2025. Connected persons, Designated persons, and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during this period.
