Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:15 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM will also address the confirmation of an interim dividend of ₹10 per equity share and the declaration of a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share for the same financial year.
