The company reiterated that Rasmeli Limited and the promoter/promoter group of Apollo Healthtech are committed to waiving their rights to nominate directors if their respective shareholdings fall below 10%. Additionally, they have committed to waiving rights to nominate directors in excess of a specified number based on their aggregate shareholding, with thresholds ranging from 0 directors for below 10% shareholding to up to 5 directors for 35% and above. These provisions will be incorporated into Apollo Healthtech's Articles of Association after the Scheme becomes effective.
