Apollo Micro Systems Limited (AMSL) has deposited ₹986.35 Crores into a special escrow account with the State Bank of India. This amount pertains to the open offer for acquiring 1,39,77,600 equity shares, representing 26% of Premier Explosives Limited (PEL). The open offer, which ran from October 12-26, 2026, was oversubscribed by 1.41%. This deposit signifies AMSL's commitment to completing the acquisition of shares from PEL's public shareholders.
