Aptus Value Housing Finance Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration and submission of the company's unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. The exact date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these results will be communicated later.
