Aptus Value Housing Finance Declares ₹2.50 Dividend

Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd's board declared a second interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (125% of face value of ₹2 each) for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining eligibility for the dividend is set as May 15, 2026, and the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The board also approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount not exceeding ₹3,000 crores via private placement.
