Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited reported its financial and operational performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Assets Under Management (AUM) grew by 21% year-on-year to ₹13,648 Cr. Disbursements increased by 36% YoY to ₹1,053 Cr. Net Income Margin stood at ₹441 Cr, a 19% YoY growth, and Net Profit was ₹261 Cr, also up 19% YoY. Return on Assets (RoA) was 7.8% and Return on Equity (RoE) was 20.4%. The company added 33 branches, expanding its network to 372, and plans to add 25 more in Q2 FY27. Investments in technology and data analytics are enhancing operational efficiency and underwriting. The company remains confident in achieving its FY27 AUM growth guidance of 22-24%.
