Koiya International revises AGM date, approves corporate office shift

Koiya International Ltd announced a revision in the date of its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) from September 28, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The meeting will be held via Video Conference. Consequently, the cut-off date for voting eligibility has been moved to September 23, 2026, and the register of members will close from September 24 to September 30, 2026. The company also approved the change of its corporate office address to Andheri East, Mumbai. The Board also approved the Revised Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
