Popees Cares Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4 and FY 2025-2026

Popees Cares Ltd has submitted an intimation of closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the audited financial results. Directors, Designated Employees, Insiders, and their immediate relatives are not allowed to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the closure period. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026.
