Archit Organosys Ltd Executes Banakhat for Property Purchase from Promoter for Rs. 10.51 Crore

Archit Organosys Limited has executed a Banakhat for the purchase of land situated at Survey/Block No.: 41, Town: Kala Talav, District: Bhavnagar, from Shri Kandarp Krishnakant Amin, Chairman and Whole Time Director (Promoter) of the Company. The total consideration for the property is Rs. 10,51,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore Fifty-One Lakh Only). The necessary approvals from the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company have been obtained. The Conveyance Deed/Sale Deed will be intimated to the Stock Exchange upon execution. Further details as required under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 will be shared upon the execution of the Conveyance Deed.
