Arco Leasing Appoints Two Whole-Time Directors

Arco Leasing Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Atul Ramshankar Jaiswal and Mr. Jitesh Kothari as Whole-Time Directors, effective July 23, 2026. Both appointments are for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jaiswal, a Chartered Accountant with over eight years of experience, will also serve as an Additional Director. Mr. Kothari's appointment as Additional Director was also approved. These changes were approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
