Kokuyo Camlin Appoints New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Kokuyo Camlin Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 6, 2026. Ms. Urvi Upadhyay has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with her tenure commencing on or before November 6, 2026. Concurrently, Ms. Sarika More has been appointed as the Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 7, 2026, to serve until Ms. Upadhyay assumes her role. Both appointees are qualified Company Secretaries with extensive experience in corporate secretarial functions and compliance.
