Arihant Foundations Acquires Prime Chennai Land for ₹300 Cr Project

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has acquired a prime land parcel of over half an acre on Anna Salai (Mount Road), Chennai, adjacent to Hyatt Regency. The company plans to develop a boutique Grade A commercial office project on this site, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹300 crore. This acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to expand its commercial real estate portfolio by developing high-quality Grade A office assets in prime, land-scarce micro-markets within Chennai. The project aims to cater to the demand for quality office space from various sectors, including corporates and GCCs. This follows a recent similar acquisition near Boat Club, reinforcing their development model of acquiring well-located parcels in central areas for boutique office buildings.
