Arihant Foundations: FY26 Pre-Sales hit ₹513.70 Cr, up 28% YoY

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd. reported its operational update for Q4 FY26 and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved its highest-ever pre-sales of ₹513.70 Cr in FY26, marking a 28% year-on-year growth. Total area sold for FY26 was 5,69,261 sq. ft, a 72% increase from FY25. Collections for FY26 stood at ₹359.56 Cr. For Q4 FY26, pre-sales reached ₹183.30 Cr, up 46% quarter-on-quarter and 15% year-on-year, with 2,53,268 sq. ft area sold, a 122% QoQ increase. The ongoing project portfolio commands a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹11,250 Cr across 8 Million sq. ft. Management highlighted sustained demand and strengthened future growth through a joint venture acquisition of a 16.33-acre land parcel in Padi, Chennai, with Prestige Group.
