Arihant Institute: Director Ceases, New ED Appointed

Arihant Institute Ltd announced the cessation of Mr. Vinodray Keshavlal Kamdar as a Director due to his sad demise on August 28, 2026. Following this, the Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, appointed Mr. Jitendrakumar Nagjibhai Dobariya as an Additional Executive Director. His appointment is effective from September 21, 2026, and he will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Dobariya is not related to any other directors and brings experience in stationery trading and exports, with a strong sourcing network and international market exposure.
