ArisInfra Subsidiary Secures ₹280 Cr DaaS Order

Arisinfra Solutions Limited, through its subsidiary Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited, has secured a significant service order from O2 Spaces, part of the Vaishnavi Residences Group. The order is for providing DaaS (Data as a Service) services for the 'Morning Mist' residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹280 Crores. The engagement, commencing September 15, 2026, is for an initial term of 36 months, with an option for extension. Additionally, this contract presents an estimated material supply opportunity of over ₹100 Crores for Arisinfra. The entity awarding the order is a domestic entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
