Arisinfra's Unitern Secures ₹280 Cr Project with Vaishnavi Residences

Arisinfra Solutions Ltd's subsidiary, Unitern, has signed a Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) engagement with O2 Spaces, part of the Vaishnavi Residences Group, for the 'Morning Mist' residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. This marks Unitern's third project with the group, covering approximately 2.0 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area. The engagement is estimated to generate over ₹100 Cr in material supply opportunities for Arisinfra and expands Unitern's DaaS portfolio to an estimated GDV of ₹2,000 Cr. Unitern will manage the project's entire value chain, including design, construction coordination, sales, marketing, and CRM, for an initial term of 36 months.
