Arisinfra Subsidiary Secures DaaS Order for Commercial Project

Arisinfra Solutions Limited's subsidiary, Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited, has secured a service order from Transcon Iconica Private Limited (SPV of Transcon Group). The order is for providing DaaS (Data as a Service) services for the commercial project 'Transcon Ramdev Plaza' in Santa Cruz (West), Mumbai. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹250 Crores. The engagement is for an initial term of 18 months, with an option for extension based on mutual consent. This is a domestic order, and the promoter/promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
