Subros Ltd Wins ₹1225 Cr HVAC Order from Maruti Suzuki

Subros Limited has secured a significant new business award from Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) for the supply of HVAC Assembly. The approximate value of this award is Rs. 1225 Crores, spread over the model's lifecycle of approximately seven years. This contract, for the YM3 & YU0 HVAC Assembly, is expected to enhance Subros' presence and business growth in the western region. It further strengthens the long-standing relationship between Subros and MSIL, reinforcing Subros' position as a leading automotive thermal systems manufacturer in India. The award is considered a related party transaction but has been conducted at arm's length.
