Arkade Developers Acquires Woollen and Textile for ₹146 Cr

Arkade Developers Limited has acquired 100% of the shareholding in Woollen and Textile Industries Limited for a total consideration of ₹146 crore. This acquisition includes a 14,363.60 sq. m. land parcel in Bhandup (West), Mumbai, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,800 crore. This strategic move expands Arkade Developers' footprint in Mumbai's central corridor and reinforces its commitment to developing high-growth residential micro-markets. The company plans to develop a premium residential project on the acquired land, further consolidating its position in the MMR region.
