Arkade Developers Approves Unaudited Financials for Q2 FY27

Arkade Developers Ltd announced the approval of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. Additionally, Ms. Sheetal Solani will go on maternity leave from November 30, 2026, and Ms. Maria S John has been appointed as Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective December 1, 2026.
