Arkade Developers Adds 4 Redevelopment Projects, Eyes ₹5000 Cr Turnover

Arkade Developers Limited has announced the addition of four new cluster redevelopment projects in Western Mumbai, spanning approximately 45,204 sq. m. (11.17 acres) across Malad West, Kandivali West, Kandivali East, and Borivali West. These projects collectively offer an estimated saleable carpet area of 15 lakh sq. ft. and a projected turnover potential of around ₹5000 Crore. The largest project is in Borivali West with a potential turnover of ₹3,000 Crore. This expansion strengthens Arkade's development pipeline and reinforces its commitment to Mumbai's real estate growth through redevelopment. The company, with over 40 years of legacy, aims to leverage rapid urbanization and evolving consumer preferences.
