Arman Holdings Appoints New Managing Director

Arman Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Nickiben Karsanbhai Nandaniya as the new Managing Director, following the resignation of Mr. Deepak Kumar Babel. The Board of Directors also accepted the resignation of Mrs. Drishti Singhal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and appointed Mrs. Rimjhim in her place. Additionally, the company approved the incorporation of three subsidiary companies and an investment in them. The Board also reconstituted its committees.
