Gamco Appoints Jayshri Tulsyan as Independent Director

Gamco Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Jayshri Tulsyan as a Woman Independent Non-Executive Director, effective October 31, 2026, for a term of 2 years, subject to shareholder approval.
