Gamco Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results, Director Appointments

Gamco Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting also saw the approval of Mrs. Jayshri Tulsyan's appointment as Woman Independent Non-Executive Director and the resignation of Mrs. Ayushi Khaitan. The Board also took note of in-principle approval for issuing 43,05,960 equity shares on a preferential basis and approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, GAMCO Hospitality Private Limited.
